Safety & privacy for parents

Her Prep coaches never talk with a player under 18 privately. A parent or guardian is included in every conversation and every video call. This protects our players and our coaches.

Every conversation

Messages to her coaches (Message a coach in the app, Messages with coaches on the website, and anything the Help assistant passes on to a coach), coach replies, coach feedback on her monthly check-in clips and her report cards all stay in your family's account.
We email the parent or guardian a copy of every message she sends to a coach and every coach reply, feedback note and report card, with a link to the full conversation.
Every conversation shows: "Parents/guardians can see this conversation."
Coaches only message players inside these conversations. They don't text, call or message a player under 18 in any other way that leaves the parent out.

Every video call

When a call is booked for a player under 18, the family confirms "A parent or guardian will join this call."
The parent or guardian is added to the booking and gets the calendar invitation, the video call link and a reminder the day before.
If a parent or guardian hasn't joined, the coach waits or reschedules. A coach never holds a call alone with a player under 18.

Her videos and information

Videos she sends us (her assessment film and monthly check-in clips) can only be seen by Her Prep coaches and your family. To delete one, email us any time — everything is also deleted when you delete the account.
We never use a player's videos, photos or information for marketing or social media without written permission from her parent or guardian (for example the optional media release in the camp waiver).
We don't show ads and we don't sell or share her information. See our Privacy Policy for everything we collect and why.

Players 18 and older

A player who is 18 or older and manages her own account can choose whether to include a parent or guardian in her coach chats and calls.

Change the parent or guardian

In the app: More → Account → Change parent / guardian. On the website: My Training → More → Parent / guardian.
