Email herprepacademy@herprepacademy.com and a Her Prep coach will get back to you, usually within a day. Members can also open the Help tab in the app to ask our assistant or message a coach directly.

Logging in

The app and the website use the same account — log in with the same email and password. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password? on the app's login screen (or on the website) and we'll email you a reset link.

Your membership

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. To change your card, see invoices or cancel, log in at herprepacademy.com → My account → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Delete your account

On the website: log in, open My account, scroll to Delete account, tap it and type DELETE. In the app: tap More → Account → Delete account → type DELETE. This cancels any membership right away, deletes the player profile, videos, workout progress and messages, and deletes the login. You can also email herprepacademy@herprepacademy.com from the account's email address and we'll delete it within 30 days.
